Christian Schüberl, Managing Director, knows the world of OPEX, Lean, and Performance Management inside and out – from both line management (Austrian/Lufthansa Group) and consulting (Lumics, a joint venture between Lufthansa Technik and McKinsey). Whether it's value stream design, KPI architecture, or coaching directly at the Gemba, he brings a keen eye for efficiency, clarity, and impact. He also shares his knowledge as a guest lecturer at the University of Göttingen.
Michael Arendt, Principal, has made change and enablement his specialty. His experience at IBM, Gartner/CEB, and CoachHub has shaped his approach. He develops leaders and teams, manages complex programs, and brings people together during periods of change. His approach is systemic, clear, and practical – always with a focus on sustainable implementation.
Paula comes from a market analysis background and now brings her experience from various industries to consulting. As a Senior Consultant at Schüberl Consulting, she supports projects in performance management and process optimization – primarily in the energy and aviation industries. She thinks analytically, communicates clearly, and finds pragmatic ways to make change tangible and engage teams.
Niklas' professional roots lie in digital consulting and process management. Before joining Schüberl Consulting, he supported international transformation projects for clients in the automotive and financial sectors. Today, as a consultant, he brings this experience to the optimization of processes in the aviation industry – with a clear focus on structure, communication, and feasibility.
Laura comes from international product and project management and brings experience from companies such as Knorr-Bremse, Oliver Wyman, KPMG, and Bayerische Landesbank. She works in a structured and analytical manner, with a clear focus on implementing solutions to complex issues.
