HR organization aviation Clarify structures, strengthen cooperation

The HR department of an airline was facing restructuring. Differing role perceptions and an unevenly distributed workload were hindering collaboration. The goal: clear responsibilities, efficient processes, and a balanced distribution of tasks within the team.

Our contribution

We analyzed the existing structures through interviews and workshops, validated the pain points, and developed a new role and responsibility model. Based on this, we created a tailored employee journey, an expanded service portfolio, and a new organizational chart for the future HR organization.

Effect

The team now has clearly defined roles and responsibilities, a fairer distribution of work, and a stronger understanding of internal customer needs. The new organizational concept has been approved and is being implemented gradually.
