Following a period of strong growth, an industrial company faced the challenge of structuring its expanded organization and creating transparency regarding its processes. Some processes were poorly documented, which hampered the onboarding of new employees and slowed down management.

Together with the client team, we defined the entire process landscape from levels 1 to 5, conducted workshops to map the processes, and visualized them in SIPOC and swimlane diagrams. This resulted in a clear overall picture of the value creation – easily accessible, comprehensible, and usable as a basis for future improvements.
