MedTech 2.0 Uniform standards for end-to-end business processes

An international MedTech company wanted to increase the excellence of its processes – with a unified business process management manual for all EMEA regions. Initial standards existed, but structure, clarity, and a shared understanding were lacking to successfully implement the project.

Our contribution

We helped to refine the objective, structure the project, and strategically expand the existing content. Working closely with the internal team, we further developed the methodological foundation, contributed additional expertise in business process management, and facilitated coordination through regular progress meetings.

Effect

The manual and implementation plan for the EMEA region have been finalized and launched. Crucially, the teams now have a clear, practical framework that they can independently develop and apply – a standard that will endure.
