The project management team of an airline faced risks due to staff shortages and a lack of transparency in resource utilization. Overbooking, unclear responsibilities, and a lack of overview of ongoing projects led to delays and quality risks.

We created transparency regarding the required and available resources per function and project, validated the data through interviews and analyses, and identified overloads within the teams. Together with the project management team, we developed targeted countermeasures, ranging from short-term quick wins to structural and digital solutions for sustainable improvement.
