The client’s challenges and opportunities
Following a strong growth forecast, our client identified barriers to a smooth ramp-up of the new organisational size, one of which was a lack of transparency in current processes. We were asked to map the current processes in order to support a faster onboarding of new colleagues, enhance transparency for leaders, and identify potential opportunities for future process improvements.

Impactful outcomes
Together we mapped the current processes in both remote and on-site workshops. We relieved the client's team of as much work as possible, which has ensured that the project was delivered smoothly alongside the daily business. The client team now possesses a standardised view of the mapped processes in one place, accessible to all employees, new joiners and managers, including clear overview of improvement potentials.
