The client's challenge
Our client in the field of medical technology had set itself the goal of increasing the excellence of its own processes. This required a standard that applied to all areas in the form of a manual for business process management from an end-to-end perspective, which was to be rolled out within the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa). The client team needed support to further develop the first existing standards and to complete the associated conceptual work.

Our task
• Refining the project goal to ensure a common understanding of all people involved in the project
• Structuring of the project, for example by deriving the necessary tasks in the project and scheduling them
• Supplementation of the existing standards through targeted incorporation of additional expertise in the field of business process management
• Conducting progress meetings to ensure transparency of project progress
• Creation of an implementation plan for the EMEA region

Our results
The requested manual on business process management from an end-to-end perspective was provided as well as the implementation plan for the EMEA region. These basics, which were successfully developed together, can now be used by the teams in the various divisions and functions.
